Traded..
*hanging head* Had to give someone first choice because a trade was pending already. So sorry.
I found these great tags at Staples yesterday in a 100-pack for around $5. I just shorten them so that they are standard ATC size.
These were made for a swap-bot "Handcarved Stamp ATC" swap.
This was my variation on the "Shy Little Slider" design on the Ten Two Studios "ATC Art Dolls" how-to CD using Mermaid printables from the "Paper Art Dolls" CD. Since I have a b/w toner printer, these were hand-colored with Permapaque markers, Prismacolor pencils and ink pads.
These have all been traded or gifted.
The Starburst Lace & the La Letter stamps are two of my favorite Hero Arts stamps.
AND,..I love making tags & tag-cards.
See my blog.
Thanks for looking!
ATC created using decorative papers, pieces of an old map, glitter, paint, and a Swarovski crystal:) Sold on ebay.
My step-out for the star pattern I used with the tangle Baubles (flic.kr/p/isrHzX). Auseklis is the Latvian name for the eight-pointed star ("morning star"), an ancient protective symbol based on a double cross. It offers protection against evil and forces of darkness, and keeps safe the soul of a sleeper. Usually, stars are female in Latvian mythology, but Auseklis is a he-star, and sometimes he is referred to as the bridegroom of the Sun.
ATC Collaged with as many embellishments as possible as per instructions for the May group theme of 'Wild card'. This was fun to make but I suspect the end result is almost too thick to qualify as an ATC. It did fit in a vellum ATC envelope but no way was this beauty going to fit in a standard ATC sleeve!
These ATC's are all made from bits of debris found on my walk around the old mill buildings at work. The bits of debris are all wired together to form the ATC's.
The step-out for my new tangle Matuvu. There are several similar-looking tangles, but so far I have not seen one starting with triangles. BTW, Matuvu is the name of the restaurant where I saw the pattern a couple of weeks ago (from French m'as-tu-vu, which can mean "have you looked at me", or even "look what I can do").
ATC simple cut and paste. Background was a gift with a trade from a Flickr friend. I'm afraid I have now forgotten who sent it. Quote hand written on scrap of paper cut from larger piece, sprayed with dylusions inks, stamps, gold paint. Mesh ribbon, beaded strips and gold embossing.
Traded.
It's really hard to see, but there are scattered embossed snowflakes. Also, his wonderful hair and beard are glittered. I just LOVE this vintage image!
One of several new ATCs I just designed. I am hosting monthly Artistamp ATC swaps now and decided to make some more regular ATCs.
I made 18 of these total, 10 are available for swap.
