Chinese Lanterns and the small purple berries called "Callicarpa"
Berries that grow near us in fall. I like to keep dried arrangements on my lamp table of which only the tall brass base shows, but with some nice reflections.
I love to make boxes! These are shrines I made for our upcoming "HANNA_HOOLY" Holiday Open House. The wire doors open and each has a different theme. They stand or hang on the wall. I envision them holding a dear treasure!

My friend, Don, had a number of these doll heads on a wall in his workshop all covered with saw dust. When I asked about them he explained that he had used the heads, over the years, as hood ornaments on his cars. I documented three of them, and will post the other two soon.
Lighting info: Lit with a YN560, in manual mode, in a 24 inch soft box placed camera left at 9 o'clock about 6 inches from the subject. Fill light came from a hand held silver reflector disk positioned camera right. The flash and tripod mounted camera were triggered by a Yongnuo RF-603N.

on one hand it is hard to believe this was created by one person. at one time. on the other it all comes together beautifully.
