On 1 May 2019, GDS ran it's 4th cross-government API meetup, bringing together people involved in API development. It was a chance for everyone to learn from each other, and move towards common government API standards. There were also talks from various UK and international governments.
I volontari di Greenpeace hanno organizzato oggi attività di sensibilizzazione in 21 città italiane per chiedere il bando dei pesticidi dannosi per api e altri impollinatori, l’estensione del bando europeo ai neonicotinoidi e investimenti in pratiche agricole sostenibili. Indossando dei costumi, i volontari dell’organizzazione ambientalista hanno inoltre rappresentato le api costrette a lasciare il loro habitat naturale per colpa dei pesticidi che mettono a rischio la loro sopravvivenza.

Attivisti vestiti da api in tutta Italia per dire basta alla moria delle api. Questa mattina in 26 città italiane i volontari di Greenpeace hanno visitato mercati ed eventi con un appello: www.SalviamoLeApi.org per ricordare che la gran parte del nostro cibo dipende direttamente dall’opera di impollinazione delle api che, insieme agli altri insetti impollinatori, sono a rischio a causa di pesticidi e pratiche agricole di stampo industriale. A Roma, in piazza Campo dei Fiori, uno “sciame” composto da una ventina di attivisti in costume da api ha portato il colorato messaggio a consumatori e commercianti.
