Rumah Api Isyarat merupakan sebuah bangunan bersejarah yang terdapat di Jajahan Tumpat. Rumah api ini terletak berdekatan dengan kawasan stor Keretapi Tanah Melayu di Tumpat. bangunan ini berketinggian 70 kaki dan ukur lilit di bahagian bawah adalah 37’ 9". Ia dibina menggunakan batu-bata, berbentuk bulat, tirus ke atas dan mempunyai tangga di dalamnya. Rumah api ini telah dibina oleh pihak berkuasa pelabuhan (Syahbandar) sekitar tahun 1900. Ia dibina kerana Tumpat merupakan sebuah bandar pelabuhan yang masyhur ketika itu kerana mempunyai kawasan perairan yang strategik bagi kemudahan para pedagang atau pelayar keluar masuk ke pelabuhan khususnya di waktu malam.
