I'll admit that I'm a total sucker for patterns, sigils, and glyphs. I love how the gobos (lighted stencils on the lights) overlap with one another and the table illuminated in the ceter of the patterns. Nicely done, Universal!

More of the delightfully photogenic weather at the cottage this weekend.. really inspiring to just shoot nature which is something I rarely do in my heavily urbanized home turf..
Sometimes I have to approach these guys at a strange angle, flies have an annoying habit of not always posing at a sensible angle, I kind of liked this POV on this guy :)

I found this ancient roll of film (circa 2008-2010) and had it developed last week. Surprisingly, some stuff came out.

A tree that has grown away from St Kilda Beach.
I find myself wondering as to how much this has to do with coastal winds.
The tree looks massive and strong, and has some strong leaf growth on it, I think.
However, some of the branches appear to be a bit bare.
Despite the cold, this would have been a good spot to have some time to relax.
