The dark blue and greenish areas are azurite and malachite mineralization in central Utah's Salina Canyon. These rocks are adjacent to a striking angular unconformitiy. Copper-bearing fluids moving along the contact resulted in patchy mineralization in fractures both above & below the erosion surface.
