More mockup I just trying to get the lines even on this thing. I had to add some round tubing to the front the door to get it right. I noticed at car shows the doors were always problem areas.

Comparison of CAMP factors and Uberis factor found in streptococci.A. multiple sequence alignment (Sag, S. agalactiae; S. urinalis; S. canis; S. pyogenes; S. porcinus; S. pseudo porcinus and S. uberis); B. phylogenetic tree showing the evolutionary relationships between the sequences of the alignment. Sequence alignment and construction of the phylogenetic tree were done using the AlignX module of VectorNTI advance 11 (InVitrogen). Conserved residues appear in light grey and identical amino acids appear in dark grey in the alignment. Position of residues in the sequence is indicated above the sequence. Sequence identities go from 56% (CAMP factor II of S. agalactiae and Uberis factor of S. uberis) to 100% (CAMP factor II of S. agalactiae and CAMP factor of S. urinalis). The CAMP factor of P. acnes is more distant (less than 30% of identity) and thus does not appear in this alignment. The phylogenetic tree has been constructed using the Neighbor Joining Method. Each branch of the tree has a length equal to the number of substitutions required to get from one nod to the next.

Basically done with this panel alignment I will be doing a little filing with a body file but you can see the alignment looks much better.

Sequence, phylogeny and structural analysis of Sc-KU-4.A: Amino acid sequence alignment of the Kunitz domain in Sc-KU-4 with the homologous domains of other nematode Kunitz-like inhibitors. Conserved positions are shaded; the solid lines indicate the conserved disulfide bridges, and the discontinuous line indicates the missing CysII–CysIV bridge in Sc-KU-4. B: Phylogenetic analysis showing Sc-KU-4 closes to other nematode Kunitz-like inhibitors forming a separate cluster with A. suum. C: Sc-KU-4 structure prediction based on multiple-threading alignments showing the Kunitz domain exposed on the molecular surface in a characteristic tertiary fold of three antiparallel β-strands followed by one α-helix. Cysteine residues responsible for reactive loop stabilization and glycine residues that replace CysII–CysIV are shown in gray. The discontinuous line box highlights the amino acids present in reactive loops. The P1 position is shown in green. These images are from two very similar projects that I've just helped my friends with. They want to be able to hold bike frames on their alignment tables by the head tube. They both purchased used bench centers, and we had to make bull nose centers for them.

The fit up needed to be very close, so we were working to within a few tenths.

The other complication was that one of the centers on each set was spring loaded and utilized a rack and pinion to withdraw it... so we had to mill those rack gears.

This morning I observed the grand alignment of planets!

In general, alignments of planets are pretty common for us, but this year we could see a rare combination. All planets that we can see with naked eye (Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn) are aligned this month in the same order as they lie from the Sun.

Meanwhile, there are Uranus and Neptune in the same area of the sky I could capture as tiny tiny dots in the picture. I’m not sure Instagram would even resolve them here, but I made some captions so that you know where planets are.

Unfortunately there is no Mercury in that picture. Well, it’s kind of in the frame though, but was covered by the trees at the time of capturing. However, I observed it with naked eye later this morning.

You can spot the bright Moon between Venus and Mars, and, in my opinion, it takes a cool position in the picture because it can represent “our planet” in the sky.

If you missed the alignment this morning, you still have some time to look at it during the next few days.

The screw located behind the mirror is for rangefinder vertical alignment. It tilts the mirror forward or backward. The reflected rangefinder patch will be too high when the mirror tllts too backwards and vice versa.

Now that really looks good. And I can now use the A Guide Number setting.
