I swear this was sheer serendipity. We had these sheets on for guests and our babysitting charge happened to be dressed in this onesie the day we were going to take the sheets off.

He was not happy, so I took him upstairs, plopped him on the bed, and was immediately struck by the geometry and the coinky-dink-ness of it all. Plus, the Weekly Kids and Babies Group theme this week was geometry! How could I pass this up?

So I put him back on my hip, went back downstairs and grabbed my camera (I wasn't going to leave a very roll-y 7-month-old on a bed alone!).

The child is a born model and I'm lucky if I can get him to ignore the camera or even turn away from it. Maybe he loves the dangling lens cap?
