In the current version of Luminance HDR (left), bracketed exposures appear correctly combined, but the images are often poorly align and show little evidence of corrective distortion.

Calling the align_image_stack command directly (right), produces what appears to be a better alignment, but introduces unexpected colour distortion.

Dear Tropicalistas,

all regulars of our events know that Tropical Diaspora cares not only about Music, but about everything and everybodyrelated to our events, from the people that work here to the music selection we play and the bands we engage for the live shows. We don’t only go to a venue and do some event for our pleasure, but we try to involve everybody in our matter. For example, in the venue YAAM where Tropical Diaspora has itsorigins, in this place every single person that works on the day of our event is part of it: starting from the cleaners to the people tending the bar and the technicians and of course – most visible - the bands and guest DJs. A few years ago, at the first big event - Tropical Diaspora was still called Brazil Roots - we started with a Charity event for a great social institution in São Paulo.

To remember this tradition in a time where the refugee situation is becoming grim reality for more and more people, we at Tropical Diaspora would like to invite everybody to bring some contribution, i.e. donation for the refugees in Berlin to our events. An immigrant myself, I remember the first thing I needed was a dictionary, and you can easilyimagine that the refugees in Germany would need oneurgently.
