I placed marks around the sleeve to know how far up to pull the gasket for a secure fit. Also I placed a mark where the seam of the gasket will be placed.

An apparent bug with align_image_stack

In the current version of Luminance HDR (left), bracketed exposures appear correctly combined, but the images are often poorly align and show little evidence of corrective distortion.

Calling the align_image_stack command directly (right), produces what appears to be a better alignment, but introduces unexpected colour distortion.
