Back to the gym today following a short break due to illness. That first session back is always a tough one, kinda like my body forgets what it’s supposed to do.
This shot took seconds to think of and take, thanks to the help of my reluctant model 'Bean'.

Pebble Beach, California. This gull was very comfortably perched amongst people. It did not seem to mind people walking about within 3-4 feet of it. It just sat there as I took a couple of pictures.

This beautiful lily was the only lavendar one in the pond. My friend pointed it out to me and I knew I had to try to capture its beauty! This was taken at Mission San Juan Capistrano in California. It's one of the most tranquil and beautiful places!
