Twin fawns showing some sibling affection. Shooting into the sun, but that is the way it goes with uncooperative models.

I love photographing horses, not the easiest to do, there are standards, but with the help of the breeders it usually becomes a very pleasant and exciting experience.
Here was a fortuitous moment, as a photographer, yes you have to focus on the main subject and there is MUCH to think about and concentrate on, but as a creative you stay aware of what is going on around you, and these 'off' images often become my favourite shots...
Such tenderness, closeness, emotion, just HAD to be captured.
I wish you the best of days and thanx for your visit, always very welcome, M, (*_*)

"Can a mother forget her own baby, and not love the child she bore ?" A mother who was not able to let go of her child, even after it's death !!
Final feliz !
Sympathy was immediate between my grandson, Michael, and this little dog - run over a few days ago, lost the movement of the hind paws and the puppy that was waiting... Adopted by a friend who loves animals and treats with all the flourishes, now uses diapers and equipment to get around. Happy End !

I find this house so striking and intriguing, if I had the resources to swoop in and save it from the path toward total decay it seems to be on, I would.
Unfortunately, I don't have the resources and I don't see any evidence that someone else has a restoration in mind for it.
Located in rural Buena Vista County, Iowa.
