Esmail and crew made the rounds to all the I.E. Active locations on Black Friday morning to serve hot chocolate and giveaway some free Mugs. Went to Active Rancho, Chino, Chino Hills, Corona, Temecula, and Riverside. Overall the shops did successful that day!

I'm sure that in the course of your weekly activities you have come across something that made you think "that doesn't seem to belong there". Your assignment for this week is to find a situation with an out-of-place subject and creatively document the scene. If needed you can set up the scene.
Dare: Find the scene with an out of place subject rather than setting it up.
wit: a visit to my accountants (dads) office with a fish from the pond.
Heading home to Ladner from Victoria (on Vancouver Island (Canada)) today, there was enough fog that a lookout was posted at the front of the ferry. I spent the first half of the trip with a 180mm lens capturing the wonderful bleakness/richness of the fog. It is the long weekend, so there were a lot of small craft about, livening up our trip.

What it took: I just had to wait for someone to walk past in that area. I was in the cafe downstairs. I've just changed the contrast a little.
The Royal Conservatory's TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning.
The last active single-screen theater in Omaha, it has been closed for over 4 years for renovations. However, a foundation led by Susie Buffet (daughter of local billionaire Warren) purchased the theater with plans to finish the long-awaited renovations and re-open as a theater under the direction of a local nonprofit cinema organization. This is great news because it keeps the theater from getting mowed down in typical Omaha fashion.

Mites infest a Horned Passalus (Odontotaenius disjunctus), aka Horned Bess Beetle.

These pesky Mites were actively crawling all over this large Bess Beetle's head. I don't know if these particular Mites were feeding on the beetle, or just hitching a ride.
