This product is a super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber and a general accelerator for latex. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber requiring small compression set and nitrile rubber with good aging resistance. It is also suitable for EPDM rubber. When used together with the accelerator DM, the anti-scorch performance will increase with the increase of the amount of DM. Zinc oxide should be added as an active agent when used, and a small amount of stearic acid should generally be added. Combined use with thiazole accelerators can improve the tensile stress and resilience of the product. This product is easily dispersed in rubber and is suitable for light-colored and bright-colored products. Mainly used in latex products, but also used in self-vulcanizing mortar, rubber cloth, cold sulphur products and non-food rubber products. The general dosage in latex materials is 0.3-1 part.
