The lawyers have their own entrance, so we don't see them. This building is bigger on the inside than it is on the outside. It's actually very large. There's a whole section of the first floor that's not even in use yet.

With some copper chambers so the particles can jump across the gaps. The chambers get bigger because as the particles speed up, they can cross bigger gaps. Also, the gaps exist so that the polarity can be changed to propel the particles faster and impart more energy into them.
