The whole setup in place. You can see here that I've popped an additional washer under the front end of the realignment/ reinforcement piece. I've since replaced this with a rectangular piece of 1mm steel and the whole thing sits pretty square with a nice smooth feel to the pedal.
I hope that the springs on the throttle body will be enough to return the pedal but I may need to add an additional one. Once the pedal positions are are set there will be a need to fit a stopper high up and one underneath to stop the pedal returning or being depressed too far
