The Dixie Diner in T² Park at the end of Market Street is said to have food almost as good as Boop's Scoops. But the service just doesn't measure up.

GB Railfreight Class 92, 92023 heads south across the Dutton Viaduct with the Caledonian Sleeper Up Highlander (1M16) as the sun begins to rise over the River Weaver.
I took the original photo in Jacksonville, Oregon but spent several hours transforming it into it's present form. Aside from replacing the dull sky & changing the color of the car (it was gray), I removed a car that was sitting in the driveway, a fire hydrant & wires that crossed sky, trees & roof. Fun with Photoshop!
Update: After a little online image searching, I discovered that this is a 1950 Plymouth Special Deluxe.
Just for the record, this did have a stand in real life, it isn't defying gravity ;-)

Children try to burst large bubbles in front of one of the waterfall fountains at Plaça de les Cascades, Montjuïc.
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
A spur of the moment shot. A man was making large bubbles in front of the fountain and children present were running around trying to burst them. Simple pleasures in these troubling times of pandemic.
I looped the pages of our local grocery store's magazine ad and set it outside with the evening sun behind it.
Earlier this year I spent some time photographing an indoor karting league. It was quite different from most of the other motorsport shooting I do, and I found it to be a rewarding new experience. Indoor kart tracks aren't really thought of as photogenic places, but somehow it produced one of my favorite shots of the year.

De zeer mooi opgeknapte mP 3029 van Stichting Crew2454 maakte op 24 april van dit jaar een rondrit door Nederland.
Hier rijdt hij door de scherpe spoorboog van Harderwijk en is op weg naar Utrecht-Maliebaan.
Door het scheefhangen van de trein in de bocht, is de fraaie "nieuwe" PTT bestickering nu heel goed te zien.
Dezelfde dag 's-avonds tegen 19h kwam hij vanuit Hoogeveen voor een tweede keer langs Harderwijk, alleen ging hij nu terug naar z'n thuisbasis.
Dat was 2x genieten op één dag !

The very nicely refurbished mP 3029 of the Crew2454 Foundation made a tour through the Netherlands on April 24 of this year.
Here he drives through the sharp rail curve of Harderwijk and is on his way to Utrecht-Maliebaan station.
The beautiful "new" PTT decals can now be seen very clearly due to the train hanging crookedly in the bend.
The same day in the evening around 7 pm he passed Harderwijk for a second time from Hoogeveen, only now he went back to his home base.
That was 2x enjoyment in one day!

Witnessed a specular moonrise at the Glacier Point at the Yosemite National Park in California. Once I was done with the sunset, which was also quite magnificent, we decided to wait there for the moonrise. It was till one and a half hour wait but looking back it seems totally worth. As I was waiting for the moon to come out from the horizon I forgot to think of the camera setting I will use to prevent overexposing. It proved expensive as I lost a few precious seconds adjusting bracketing while moon started to come up. There wasn't much time as it all happed in matter of seconds. This particular shot I purposely overexposed to get a sense of the valley and other surroundings near the half dome to provide a better perspective. Overall, quite happy with the shot, some minor adjustments for light was good enough to get the photo looks very close to what I saw through the viewfinder.
