I can't believe I have my first Christmas pressie wrapped already! I just used some plain parcel wrap and snowflakes from the Designer Snowflakes set to make the wrapping paper. More details are on my blog stampingandstitching.blogspot.ie/2013/11/all-wrapped-up-w...

Google (and one of our other cats) loves tearing through a pile of Christmas wrap so I don't know how I can ever throw it away.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday today by eating out with her family. I was hoping for a photo of a cake and candles for the Oxygen and Fire Challenge, but the Olive Garden doesn't do the whole 'embarrass-the-person-by-singing-Happy-Birthday-in-front-of-everyone' thing, so will use this photo of her present for today's challenge instead.

Nobby: "Erm...I don't think she said that Ted..."
Ginger: "She made them herself...I think I'll stick to milk and cookies!"
Ted: "She made the cookies too, mate!"

I've made it, well, this far! I'm very proud of myself; I've only been discouraged a few times. I'm a hard worker so taking the extra effort some days is worth every click of the shutter. Yay 0100 days, I was going to do 0100 facts about me. But I decided that was a bit overboard; I believe every day is a milestone for being here on, planet Earth.
Oh and, today I had a meeting with teachers. Went VERY well, my Humanities teacher told me I'm one of the most creative people he's seen in all his years teaching [15+ years]. He also told me I can get extra credit on my self reflection project for doing the 0365days project, woo hoo!

In 2008 the artist Mark Wallinger produced a wrapping paper design that was given away with the Guardian newspaper. Mark has given me permission to use his design to create some new images to stimulate thought and reflection.
I have produced a series of four images which will be printed on postcards and distributed to every home in our parish.
If you'd like permission to use this image please contact me.
Instead of sending cards out to our clients this Christmas, with decided to design something a little more useful - wrapping paper. By Fuse Design, Graphic designers in Nottingham.
For the second year in a row I set up some lighting to get photos on Christmas morning, and it worked out quite well :-D
