Mon/Wed/Fri weight training regime. I named it 'The Teflon Workout' because, sooner or later, all workout programs reach a sticking point, where you stop progressing. The Teflon workout is designed around the theory that the body hates asymetry and will cease to develop in this direction and, as such, this is a whole body workout aimed at sustained growth, i.e. non-stick - hence 'Teflon'. Note that an area of the body worked has 2 exercises following that work different body parts before they are exercised again - allowing them to recover and worked properly. Also, note that the same muscle is not worked properly (is rested) in the next workout - e.g. Mon: Deadlifts; Wed: (No heavy leg work) ; Fri: Squats.
...It doesn't really work on me though - I'm weak and puny as hell, LOL! Probably a good weight training program for a boxer, MMA fighter or athlete, rather than a pure bodybuilder (but I'm sure it'd work great with HGH and 'roids - probably a bit too strenuous for those types though :P).

Start standing up straight. Hold the weights in front of you at waist height by keeping the elbows flexed and to your side. When lunging, bring the weights behind you by extending the elbows and rotating the shoulders back. Leaning your trunk forward will help you lift the weights higher. Do 10-20 repetitions with each leg.
