Ran/Walked 40 laps around the indoor track because it was raining outside. Someone said that was probably 3 1/2 miles. Plus I was able to reach my 10,000 steps again two days in a row. Followed by 1 hour of yoga.

 

It has been a struggle recently to get in 10,000 steps a day. Just need to focus and move more!
