22/07/2018 Home gym. Used 20% less weight in all the exercises on purpose. So soon after the eye injection it seemed a good idea to keep it cool.

Workout gym in an abandoned psychiatric hospital. This room was disturbing for some reason.. I got a the feeling that I was being watched and not wanted..
The colors were done with a color LED and the back wall design was done lighting the glass of a broken mirror.
I had a chance to shoot with the lovely Erin - while discussing themes we noted that both of us are bummed that our gyms are closed right now - voila! We set on outdoor fitness. Erin is an absolute delight to shoot with - great personality, I think we laughed the whole way through the shoot. She also has curves for days and beautiful skin. An all around beautiful young lady. Hopefully this was the first of many shoots!
Whenever I don't go to the gym (which happens quite a bit unfortunately), this is my home workout solution: Wii Fit, yoga, and stability ball (Not seen: Nintendo Wii and TV). I also have a dance workout DVD, but that requires shoes. Doesn't replace the gym, but it's good for core strength.

Nice to have something extra to wear Magnus out each day. The jolly ball really isn't overly heavy, but hauling it everywhere is a workout for the boy. Plus, he likes to swing it at Bogart as a weapon. Poor Bogart. The jolly ball was a fabulous acquisition. After all, Magnus is snoozing on the floor by me.
I guess I am rather a prolific photographer. After all, I have 196 photos to sort. Granted, ninety of them are a "photoshoot" with Gumbo to choose his final 52 weeks post. I knew I went overboard, but I didn't want to repeat the photoshoot. You'll see why later. I'm sure about another hundred are from daily outings with da boyz. Don't worry, most won't see the front of my stream. I'll just dump them into my archives.
