“Protection” Witch Bottle.
As symbols of protection I used: salt, dill, black pepper (peas and ground), ginger, dried nettle leaves, lemon peel, pins and needles, rowan berries, sage leaves, red thread, hand-made pentagram.
Every time I put an ingredient inside the bottle I said:
”___ that protects, protect my home and all within”.

I wasn't sure Flattery would have the patience for this, but she did me proud tonight. She is one busy little body who likes to keep us on our toes. Just yesterday, she had my husband convinced that she really had managed to disappear! She did cooperate tonight, though, and let me get all the little details of her costume just right.

My interesting attempt for a renaissance witch...thing. What can I say since it was put together earlier that day...
