View from the Carnemough Bridleway.

I was walking one winter day in 2010 when I saw this and was so happy I had my camera with me to capture this moment. I especially love when the red hues set in.

On the way to our mountain cabin, through cold rain and fog. I took most of the photographs through the car window as Beth drove.

today is day thirty two of three hundred and sixty five. i took these shots right before i left from my weekend of camping. it seems very wintry, i love it.

A week ago it was 55 degrees and today we are in the middle of a snow storm! I hate it, but there isn't much I can do about it. :(

I took this in my neighborhood.

I visited a few of my favorite trees following a recent ice storm. They all seem to have made it.

We went to get our Christmas tree today at the Morgan Arboretum. Mr P is a member there and snow shoes and jogs all winter long, so we thought we would support them by buying the tree there this year. It is the chubbiest tree we have ever had...hope we can get it through the door!

Tried to do my own version of an image I saw on Flick created using Inspire pro to learn some techniques.

169/365: Yesterday I was so happy it was finally Friday. The best thing about it is that Monday and Tuesday are the carnival holidays so I'll be able to have a good well deserved rest. And because it was Friday, I was able to enjoy the ride to work and I finally stopped to take a few shots at this lovely tree I spotted a few days ago. In fact, I have a few more stops to make, so I think I'll seize Fridays to do so. There's no harm in arriving a little late to work huh? ;)

Time to catch up with your wonderful always inspiring streams!!!

Sharing a photo from my son's collection.
