Sorry for the late Update, this will usually be up on Sundays but I wasn't near a computer this weekend. Now on to the news!

Ok the first story is that Ant-Man had a pretty good presence at Comic-Con, with the new director Peyton Reed and other cast members, including Paul Rudd playing Scott Lang, Michael Douglas playing Hank Pym, and now officially confirmed, Evangeline Lilly playing Hank’s daughter, Hope Van Dyne (probably going to be Wasp), and Corey Stoll playing Daren Cross aka… YELLOWJACKET! There was also some footage shown and it’ll probably get leaked soon, and when it does, I try to show it to you guys!

Our Next story is that Legendary Pictures has announced a new King Kong Movie called ‘Skull Island’ and teased that Mothra, Rodan, and King Gidorah could be in Godzilla 2. Could this mean we could get Godzilla vs. King Kong in our future since they are both owned by the same studio now?

The next story is that along with Ant-Man, Avengers: Age of Ultron had a strong presence at Comic Con, with a very entertaining panel, some footage, and even some props shown off on the floor like Black Widow’s motorcycle, Cap’s broken shield, a Hulkbuster hand, and even Ultron mk 1 suit. But I think the coolest thing was this mural of all the Avengers fighting off armies of Ultrons, even the Vision!

Our third story is the Warner Brothers Panel. We got our first look at the AMAZING Wonder Woman costume, and some footage for Batman v. Superman! Though I was rather disappointed with no Rock casting as Black Adam or Shazam, and no other DC films announced. Also, there was the Hobbit panel moderated by Stephen Colbert, which was very funny. There was also a new trailer that was amazing that you can watch here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSzeFFsKEt4 .

The third story is something that I already touched on and that is that a new Lego Batman set was announced with Green Lantern and Sinestro! I’m so glad they are including Sinestro and not another Batman villain like the Flash set.

This next story is like the Lego set where I kinda already talked about this is what the Thing will look like was leaked and you know, I like it, I like how real it looks!

Well that’s all for today so see you guys next Sunday for another This Week in The News! This is AntMan3000, signing off…

Tried some levitation this week! My second strobe has arrived so placed one outside the door and one behind me to subtely light my feet and jeans. The trick was achieved with the help of a chair and then taking another image without chair but with strobes still firing.

Week 23 - 9-16 June

Haven't done a shot a week post in over 2 weeks. I've been slightly preoccupied, but it's good to be back.

Took this last weekend during the Queen's birthday long weekend trip to Tasmania. We travelled quite a bit in the 3 days, and I think this is in Bernie. More next week.

Week #3 Anything you touch with your hands in your house - Bullseye! Took a little practice, but with nice tight groupings, I got the bullseye. My alternate shot for the group this week.

yes, i missed 2 weeks. it seems the universe may not want me to work out.

first, the removal of a mole on my back which prevented me from doing much more than walking (really, it would start bleeding every time i tried to do weights).

then, last week i slipped in the shower. it seems i have sustained a rather nasty hip flexor strain. the prescription for that is resting a lot. i have snuck in a few walks, but it pretty much hurts all the time.

i am trying to focus on eating well, but for me, it is usually all a package deal. working out makes me feel good which in turn leads to healthier eating. of course right now, all i want to do is comfort myself with food. i am trying hard not to. each and every piece of fruit i put in my mouth is at least not junk.

this is week 6 of 52 weeks of feeling fit.

ha. again: the week has just begun and i've already uploaded a photo. just can't wait :D

i'm not really satisfied with the picture, but somehow i like it anyway :)

maybe i'll take a better one during the week - and i'll upload it in comment then...

i hope that you like the picture. we didn't take so much photos because it was fricking hot!

Pauli was really happy about the plait i made her because it was a bit cooler :)

hope you all had a nice weekend!

this week for 52 weeks for dogs, we had the theme of "catch." i have been wanting to get a picture of alice's ball-catching face, so i thought this was a good week to do it. she may not be actually catching in this shot, but a split second later, she was. :)

in case you were wondering, the orange blob at the bottom center of the photo is the incoming ball.

I wish I had more time to be creative and make postcards with the tape you can see on the picture. I thought about doing a "Make 100" Kickstarter with my tape cards but I'm not sure if this would be successful.

Sometimes I feel like my office job drains all of the creativity out of me.

Shadows of a perfect weekend. Nothing to complicated this week, just a shot of the view we had over a very relaxing easter weekend ( complete with shadows and a pelican)

I found this spot by San Rafael Bay back in week 13 of this project and decided to try again this weekend. I was down there before sunrise to see if I could improve on my last attempt. This time the sun rose in a different part of the horizon, giving a much cooler effect, but when it did appear it illuminated the fishing pier nicely. I also tried not to overdo it on the processing so this one feels more natural.

This week included beautiful Tokyo, a few airports, a very long flight, a relatively short flight, some culture shock, a 20-degree temperature drop, a little lasagne, a fantastic homecoming (complete with fainting children), too many Girl Scout Cookies and a birthday party for an 18-year-old who just last week was 2 1/2 (I'm certain of it).

Despite all this excitement, roughly 85-90% of my week was spent sleeping, waking at odd hours and generally losing the battle with jet lag. Thought I had that effer all figured out with my delicate balance of melatonin tablets and caffeine, but I was wrong. I give up. Crossing that many time zones just means losing a week of your life.

A good week! well better than last week anyway for two reasons

1. It was my birthday

2. Work is finnished for summer break!

This was taken on my birthday, i went to Bobby Jo's diner with the bestie and then sat on Southend seafront :).

This was inspired by photographs we use to look at in gcse and a-level photography classes, so i gave it ago, and then edited a bit on photoshop.

So yeah, i feel inspired :)

Hope you have a good week :)

The last two weeks, Munich was in state of emergency. Yes, right. It was Oktoberfest time again. That means, loud music, cotton candy, rollercoasters, lots of beer, millions of drunk people and vomit everywhere. Did you know, that the breweries brew a special beer just for the Oktoberfest? And this beer has almost the double alcohol level than usual beer? So be extra careful with it ;-). Thanks to my great model Dani. Read the whole story:
