The forecast was for rain after sunset with high surf and very little wind so we decided to shoot Davenport Beach. The good news was that the rain held off and the waves were spectacular!

A very cute dog was standing in the waves, chasing, barking and digging(!) in them. It was so cute!

I thought I'd share these two photos of the wild waves, taken each side of South Parade Pier, as I'd like my photostream to look nice and blue and summery!! Although it was fairly warm out of the wind, you can see the sea was very choppy!
