Let us walk in the white snow
In a soundless space;
With footsteps quiet and slow,
At a tranquil pace,
Under veils of white lace...
We shall walk through the still town
In a windless peace;
We shall step upon white down,
Upon silver fleece,
Upon softer than these...

»Walk in the Clouds«
Pico do Arieiro | Madeira | Portugal
This photo was taken on the Pico do Arieiro at 1,818 m high (5965 feet), is Madeira island's third highest peak. We were there three times, once we were lucky enough and it was more to see than the fog :)
I never felt so close to the heaven. Hope you like it!

Sometimes it's just good to escape into the green as a nice break between being surrounded by computers and users. Thankfully there's a lovely little ravine I can escape into right behind the campus.

There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing 😊
Even in the rain, a walk is calming and relaxing.
I was just a little worried about the camera getting wet when I took photos.
Here is a card I made using a background stamp from Penny Black.
