It was a very cold, frosty morning when I arrived on location in Bayside, NS. The Mary Laura was sitting with what looked like a smaller, twin version of herself.
Tomsk is quite big city in the west of Siberia. It was founded in 1604 so there are many good old architecture and it has variety of universities.
Another view of the old compressor house at Levant. In the fog it almost looked like an old cathedral in the middle of nowhere.

This is the Leanach Cottage on Culloden Battlefield, and is the only building remaining from the time of the famous battle in which the Jacobites were soundly defeated in 1746. It continued to be occupied up until 1912, and is now maintained in its current condition, though visitors are no longer allowed inside. We walked the solemn battlefield which is a mass graveyard, peaceful and quiet on a cloudy day, accompanied by a historian who is steeped in the stories and mythology of Scottish history.

On the southern shore of the Bay o' Skaill, in the West Mainland parish of Sandwick, is the Neolithic village of Skara Brae - one of Orkney's most-visited ancient sites and regarded by many as one of the most remarkable prehistoric monuments in Europe. You look down from the top to the houses below and the beautiful expanse of sand of Skaill beach.
