Vuescan doesn't have a color profile for Fuji 400H. I used the Kodak Gold 400 profile for this. I think it was also pretty overexposed to begin with. Here's the print version. Not too much similarity, but that's part of the fun.

Non-edited image, even scan settings were at default values. Came out decent and moderate in terms of colors and contrast.

A few more pictures from the trip to the Impossible Project Open-Day Factory Tour in Enschede, Netherlands.
These are from afterwards when we had a stupid amount of time (AND non-lovely weather) until the train home was scheduled to leave.
We strolled through Enschede a few hours and then took a train across the border to Gronau and walked around there a bit more. Also ate Pizza ;P

But now with Vuescan software which at last supports the Plustek Optikfilm 120.
Maybe a bit early (after just 3 scans) to say but first impressions compared to Silverfast :
Pro's :
Much faster in post-scan processing.
Not so demanding on PC memory (i run Windows 7, 32 bit).
Con's :
Colors look greater in Silverfast scan.
Medium IR Dust reduction doesn't remove dust as well as in Silverfast and...
... probably because of that the anti-aliazing effect is less.
Still doesn't switch of the sleepmode timer of the OP120 so when waiting a bit too long between scans the OP120 goes in sleeping mode and has to be manually awakened again.
Scanned with a Plustek Opticfilm 120 at 2650ppi. Downscaled about 50 %
