The brief was to create collages using the visual elements and experiment with patterns and materials. For the green piece i printed circle shapes onto card then cut out simple shapes from tracing paper and outlined them with ink. For the orange piece i cut up a collage i had made and didn’t like into thin strips which i then overlapped with textured paper. I drew some lines in the emptier spaces and put a contrasting vertical strip of dyed tracing paper down the centre. I also tried photocopying my life drawings and incorporating my collages into them.

This was my window display for Visual Merchandising. It was based upon the movie, Harry Potter. I wanted to capture the attention of the viewers to draw them towards the product. i feel that using a movie themed window display could do that because people will be able to easily relate to it and appreciate it. I also wanted to do something different from the norm, because i like that i have the freedom to create whatever i want.

This set of images was done for my Uni project called 'Visual Poetry'. All of these photographs are taken in Swindon Town in a part of the landscape concentrating on different parts. My intentions for these images were to create and capture the emotions and atmosphere we feel when travelling through the landscape, the knowing and not knowing. I want the my audience to feel what they feel if they were in these enviroments the things we notice about the enviroment.
