wilight drapes the sky in heavy clouds.
Light fades behind them, slipping quietly away.
Shadows dance without bodies, only movement in the air.
The horizon melts into colors that resist naming.
Night approaches, both tight and gentle at once.

During most of 2024 Holstebro will be celebrating it's 750 year anniversary.
This is from the opening night.
Soft light, tangled branches, and a gaze that says more than words ever could.
Sometimes the stillest moments carry the deepest stories.

Am 2. November 2025 zeigt sich der Schlosspark Monrepos in seinem vollen Herbstglanz. Zwischen goldenem Laub, stillen Wasserflächen und der barocken Kulisse des Seeschlosses fängt die Fujifilm X-H2 das Spiel aus Licht, Farbe und Spiegelung ein.
Die Serie erkundet das Wechselspiel von Natur und Architektur – nasse Wege, die vom Regen glänzen, kontrastieren mit dem weichen Licht des späten Nachmittags. In jedem Bild liegt ein Moment der Ruhe, in dem die Zeit kurz stillzustehen scheint.
Ein fotografischer Spaziergang durch den Herbst: klar, detailreich, von feinen Farben getragen – ganz im Geist klassischer Fuji-Rezepte für den Übergang zwischen Melancholie und Schönheit.

There are connections we never fully understand.
Some do not live in words, but in silence —
in glances that never quite meet,
in a presence that can only be felt.
At the edge of the water she stands between two worlds.
One visible.
The other hidden within the reflection.
She looks down — not in loss,
but in recognition.
For sometimes the truest things
are the ones we only see in the mirror.
Some bonds exist only in the quiet space
between two souls.

through the ripples of muddy water, i caught the texture of time — the layered hide of a creature that carries weight like silence. this isn't just a hippo; it’s a living sculpture, all curves and calluses, pressed into the world by gravity and sun. from this close, the skin becomes landscape — cracked earth, braided ridge, spiked tufts like dried brush in wind. i waited for the light to skim its back just right — not to reveal the beast, but to abstract it. this is how patience looks when it floats.
