Label reads:"The 1975 Vintage in the Hunter Valley has produced light Whites similar to those of the 1972 Vintage. This wine was made from Traminer grapes grown in the Pokolbin district. Traminer is an early ripening variety and the grapes for this wine were amongst the first picked for the 1975 Vintage. The wine was fermented under very cold conditions to retain the natural aromatic characteristics of the Traminer variety. This wine has a high aromatic nose, a fruity slightly sweet palate and a clean spritzig finish. This wine will improve with further bottle ageing if stored at temperatures not exceeding 18° C. This rich, luscious sauternes was vintaged from semilon grapes grown at Lindeman's Hunter River Vineyards, and was matured in small oak casks before bottling. Label reads: "Lindeman's Hunter River Valley Porphyry. Bin: 3612. Vintage: 1966. This rich, luscious Sauternes was vintaged from Semillon and Verdelhao grapes grown at Lindeman's Hunter River Vineyards, and was matured in small oak casks. The grapes were allowed to hang on the vines until late in the season before picking, to become almost raisins and to concentrate the flavour. The Subsequent wine is extremely sweet and rich in character and when served chilled is an ideal accompaniment to desserts."
