Label reads:"The 1975 Vintage in the Hunter Valley was an exceptional one. Wines are a lighter more delicate style displaying strenght of flavour and a finesse similar to the 1972 Vintage. This wine was made from Semillon grapes picked early in vintage from the sandy loam flats of our Pokolbinvineyards. It was fermented cold in old German Oak casks and bottled earlyto preserve the natural freshness and flavour of the semillon grape. The wine has an attractive green/gold colour and fresh crisp flavour.
