Label reads:"The 1975 Vintage in the Hunter Valley has produced light Whites similar to those of the 1972 Vintage. This wine was made from Traminer grapes grown in the Pokolbin district. Traminer is an early ripening variety and the grapes for this wine were amongst the first picked for the 1975 Vintage. The wine was fermented under very cold conditions to retain the natural aromatic characteristics of the Traminer variety. This wine has a high aromatic nose, a fruity slightly sweet palate and a clean spritzig finish. This wine will improve with further bottle ageing if stored at temperatures not exceeding 18° C. This particular 'bokeh' was of a christmas tree using my stock lens 18-55mm.The lights on the tree where a strange white light, but a short exposure and low focus create these beautiful orbs.
