The wine was fermented under very cold conditions to retain the natural aromatic characteristics of the Traminer variety. This fine Hunter River White Burgundy was vintaged at Lindemans "Ben Ean" Cellars, Pokolbin, from Semillon grapes grown in the district. Bin 3670 has a medium greenish gold colour with pronounced bouqet displaying complex, honey-like mature Semillon character. The palate is soft and mellow with excellent flavour well balanced by a clean acid finish. A magnificent mature Hunter semillon still showing freshness and life...."
