Appropriately, this variety has been called Pinotage. The pinotage grape variety yields a full0bodied wine with a distinctive bouquet. Maturation takes place in large oak vats quietly resting in our cellars in Paarl and the wine is only bottled when its inherent qualities are clearly revealed. This unique South African wine is deep garnet red in colour; it is dry and robust in flavour and the perfect companion to hearty red meats, game, duck, goose, spaghetti or cheese.
