Over 50 Skylight covers installed in Fremont. The risk of potential injury from a skylight fall has been averted.
Now in it second year, the 4-H Horse Extreme Versatility Class at the Lancaster County Super Fair is for advanced riders.
The class consisted of three different rounds:
* Showmanship (an "in hand" class: the horse is led, not ridden)
* English Equitation with a Hunter Hack jump
* Western Horsemanship with Four Extreme Trail obstacles
Each youth had to use the same horse for all three rounds - showing extreme versatility of both the youth and the horse!
student by day, hockey in the afternoon, followed by dignified actress at night. (what about sleep and homework?)
VC* was the only booth at the Snehayatra Youth Festival that sold screen-printed souvenir T-shirts, and folks from all over the world cleaned us out in half a day. So another excuse to 'celebrate' - this time for the creative minds from Poona !

I used this fabric rather than the ones I have already posted as I have never sewn this and decided on a trial run. It is a bit big so I will make the medium next time but otherwise I love it and it is cord so will keep me warm this winter.

Cat needed a versatile sweater that could take her from her daytime napping
duties into her more glamorous evening activities such as... ummm...
napping. A small addition of marabou to the cuff and collar of this classic
sweater gave her just the right look for all the upcoming holiday parties.
And the yarn has just the right amount of sparkle to catch the eye of that
Tom who's been coming around lately.
The first few pics are of the sweater without the trim, the last 4 are with
the trim. If you only have time to check out a couple of them, please make
it the third and last ones. Sorry to send so many pictures, but Cat
insisted. Some, she thought, didn't show her off to her best advantage. I
didn't have the heart to tell her it was about the sweater, not her.

A 1984 Versatile model 895 tractor. This large 4-wheel drive tractor had a 310HP Cummins turbo-engine. Versatile was a Canadian company that stopped manufacturing in 1986 during a farming downturn. Ford New Holland resurrected the brand in 1988 but in 1999 the factory closed and the name was dropped. However in 2001 Buhler acquired the factory and the name.
