This is a used black wrist watch. Freestyle brand Shark; model 778. It has some scratches on the face, but is readable and has a working battery.

It has a night vision light so you can tell time in the dark, a stop watch, and day of the week feature. It claims to be waterproof to 300 feet. I have never tested this.

I wore it every day of the 2+ years I worked in the hospital, since you always have to know what time it is in that environment. And you have to time everything as well.

The little piece to hold the band flush to your wrist is missing, but I believe I can get that fixed for you before mailing it out.

This is a good first watch. Will fit small to medium wrists.

Today is World Usability Day. Unfortunately, the webcast schedule page on the official website does not reflect this.

The above screen shot was taken today, 14 November, at 20:53pm CET, when both of the events shown had already started, and the first one was even long over. Nevertheless, the web page says "Scheduled to start in about 11 hours."

What's more, some of the other events on that page had taken place a few days ago, but, as you can see in the screenie, the schedule only lists starting times, not dates. For those earlier events, it is stated that the event in question is "[s]cheduled to start in [X] days".

I dare say, such a bug is a major embarrassment for an organization that aims to promote usability.

I hope at least a couple of these are useful, more on the way!

I've been on a "useful origami" kick, and thought a phone horn would be nice. The horn gives a slight volume boost in the direction it's facing while giving a small volume cut in all other directions, with the addition of a boost in high-end frequencies like that of a crystalizer or tube amp. Folded from a 6 inch square. Essentially a waterbomb base with the traditional cup fold, rounded, and the back flaps bisected to provide a base for the phone.
