A course to improve knowledge in wines and spirits has been completed by selected employees of the Carbis Bay Hotel and Spa.

The bespoke course was designed especially for the Carbis Bay Hotel and Spa by Truro and Penwith College’s business development team. The aim is to improve the experience of hotel customers with this expert knowledge and increase sales.

After the sudden imposition of lockdown, global industries crippled, and businesses & enterprises faced a major downturn. Both employers & employees were locked in their premises. Lacking necessary infrastructure in this pandemic caused majorly everyone was being unable to work from their home.
