We were smart though to unplug everything before we started. No sense in electrocution on his first day back.
At half of the hotels I've been to there are no free electrical outlets at all. Some have only one. Get on with the times - people need to charge stuff! Why did we have to unplug lamps etc.?

I completed the 100 mile challenge with my 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter. We loved every minute of our hikes, and it was great to “unplug” for a few hours and just spend time together.

We headed to Hocking Hills this past weekend, for what has become our annual unplug and recharge weekend.
此設計中，我用拔除插頭的動作呼籲每個人不要過於依賴電氣用品。然而這個動作並不是只靠一個人就可以完成，而是要像拔河一樣，需要大家共同的努力與合作才能實現。為了表現『熱的源頭』，我踩以紅色當作主題的顏色。背景顏色以紅色系與藍色系構成。其中紅色系以放射撞得姿態呈現，表現出熱能發散的特性。電線主體與其背後的波浪所形成『∞』（無限）的符號，代表著人類應該要在環境保護這方面持續地做努力以達到『永續發展』的理想。藍色意含著朝往理想的方向。如果我們像拔河一樣，朝著藍色的方向前進，就會達到『Have An Ideal World』的目標。
