Nico labels the controller. The label was especially important during the competition, when we needed to plug and unplug the cord often.
The windows from the kitchen at the Northern Edge Algonquin look out over the Labyrinth. Such a peaceful vista must somehow get incorporated into the marvelous food. That's my take on it, anyway.
