What makes Minglanilla, Metro Cebu South very livable?
***Wider main roads thus less traffic. From Cebu City Center or if you're coming from SM City Cebu, you may pass through the newly-opened underway or tunnel in South Road Properties (SRP) Road, then drive your way down from Cebu City to Talisay City through SRP boulevard. **Jeff Jao has completed the Real Estate CPE (Continuing Professional Education) Seminar held at Sacred Heart Center, Cebu City last July 10th and 17th, 2010.
