This was for my computer art class's digital book. The text is lyrics from "Bohemian Like Me" by the Dandy Warhols.

Class: Typography 1; Level: Sophomore; Project: Grid Based Typeface; Instructors: Levi Hammett, Titus Nemeth.

A project where students worked in teams to create low resolution typefaces composed of found grids in their every-day environment.

Ri Xing Typography, which houses the world's last complete set of traditional Chinese character molds for lead-type casting.

4th round of exploration. This series is focused on color, element registration, planar rotations and transparencies. As with before, no compositing or photoshop is used here, all elements are composed within the duration of the exposure.

The next round will look at the inclusion of real world/physical objects into this approach.
