#14/52 (Two or three)
Another week that didn't go quite as planned. In theory, this was too good an opportunity to miss, but trying to get my 6 year old son to stand still for a photo proved almost impossible, so not at all what I was hoping for... Catching him without food around his mouth or stuck in his teeth was a bonus though!

Lancashire, UK. This drone went right over us. I liked the fact that there was an aircraft contrail behind it.

Two plastic tabs hold the electronics in place. It looks like he wanted to give me a hug after freeing him from that dark, cramped place.
It look like the lynx was reflecting in a mirror, but there are really two of them, possibly young siblings.
These are Tarnished Plant Bugs, I think, standing on a Poppy bud in a friend's garden. Not as sharp as I would have liked. Taken on 22 June 2011. Love the way they have a heart-shaped marking on their "back".

Unusual friendly encounter caught by the quick auto focus of D750 which is one thing I miss for my manual focus vintage lenses on the Fuji. I may challenge myself to use the DSLR again to see if I can still go back to shooting with Nikon.
Trying out something new is always exciting. Of course, I have to tell myself that... ;- )
