Simple K2, P2 pattern with 44 stitches on US8 four-point needles. Next time I would like to try flaring the bottom to make them more of a boot-cut. This was one skein of Red Heart for $4. Love the neon green color for a bit of 80's flair!
In 1976 Two Guys celebrated 30 years in business. This is an ad from that time featuring some fashions from that era.
Two toads in the hands of a 15 year old boy. The boys went toad hunting and crawdad hunting. They let the toads go free but had a feast of the crawdads.
I had originally planned to use these images as part of a college project called "Desolate" on my second year, but then changed my idea to use a male smoking which fit the criteria I was heading towards better.
I shot this in Two Tree Island, a barren bit land by a harbour just off Leigh-On-Sea. It was the perfect location to do a photoshoot with overcast weather and the rugged landscape. I had asked the model to wear a formal dress, but add a punk edge to it (the lace tights, Dr Marten's boots and thick make-up). I did a simple edit on this to enhance the models skin, the overcast sky and the whole tone of the image, just to make it stand out more.
That's my title cuz I don't have a clue. The artist is V Tessaro, I don't know if this is a reproduction - when I searched "V Tessaro" - Vittorio Tessaro came up and nothing like this showed up in his collection - lots of nude bronze. This figurine is in the hallway of an apartment building I visited a few days ago. Who knows, could be a treasure waiting to be discovered!
