True ease in writing comes from art, not chance,
As those move easiest who have learn'd to dance.
'Tis not enough no harshness gives offence,
The sound must seem an echo to the sense:
Soft is the strain when Zephyr gently blows,
And the smooth stream in smoother numbers flows;
But when loud surges lash the sounding shore,
The hoarse, rough verse should like the torrent roar.
When Ajax strives, some rock's vast weight to throw,
The line too labours, and the words move slow;
Not so, when swift Camilla scours the plain,
Flies o'er th' unbending corn, and skims along the main.
Hear how Timotheus' varied lays surprise,
And bid alternate passions fall and rise!

Flowers need sunshine
violets need dew
all angels in heaven know I need u.
Years may fly
tears may dry
but my friendship with u will never die.

if you thought Season 2 of HBO's True Blood dove into dangerous territory for the residents of Bon Temps, grab onto your bottle of Tru Blood and prepare for the arrival of werewolves.
I decided to do some gardening today, so I got on my motorbike and rode to a large reserve area that follows a creek not too far from home.
Having not been there for about 15 years, I ended up in a place where I couldn't get to the creek, so faced with some darkening skies and the occasional sprikle on my face, I decided to just look in the undergrowth for some interesting things.
I saw this creeping weed (Morning Glory) with the most vibrant blue flowers,so I snapped one off.
The centre is a deep funnel about 50mm deep, and there were a couple of black beetles on the stamen inside.
The shots below show a crop and a wider shot. I had to hold the flower up to the sky and shoot the macro with one hand, as this allowed the sky light to penetrate the tubular centre.
