and man, oh man, was this a hard quilt to take a picture of! i'm still not happy with these pictures, but it's all packed up and off on its way to its new home now so i'll just have to be happy with what i've got here.

hope you love it partner! i forgot to snap pics, but i tucked in a couple stationery items i designed and a wee sun catcher that i made a million years ago too.

A fantastic true, vintage maxi skirt I found on ebay. I've seen a lot of so called vintage skirts that I've really liked, but their sizing always seems so small. A size 12 back then was a tiny waist.

This is nearly 100% wool and is fabulous to wear. It's quite heavy to wear as well. I know it's vintage because it is a size 18, but fits my waist like a size 14, or even size 12 in some brands, in today's clothes.

... And a little grime! The door was locked tight, but there's that orange extension cord going in the bottom.

Vidalia is the most loving feline in our household. She loves all people and all critters. She even adores Bogart and Magnus, seeking out affection from both of them. Is there anything Vidalia doesn't love? Oh, besides benadryl, that is. I got benadryl down her throat ONE TIME back when she had a nasty allergic reaction to an additive to the lysine chews. The second time I tried, she drew blood from the side of my nose and managed to spit out the red-colored liquid while running down the stairs. Sigh.

Ahhhhh, memories. . .

And, quite clearly, Vidalia adores SunStones' catnip toys.

One day, I wish to be able to do an entire newborn session with only instant film. Love the the innocence of the film and child, they are a match made in heaven. :)

A true Sacramento Valley sunset as seen from the very Jewels of Northern California. Demanding reds simply provide a crush to ignite quite the lasting impression to allow one to effortlessly take it all in and reflect upon the [wonderful] day constructed by you. Photo of the sunset captured over the Sacramento River and from the Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding. Shasta County. Early August 2013.
