“We can only appreciate the miracle of a sunrise if we have waited in the darkness”

yes, we are crazy but we love him.

More shopping has ensued!

This little blue mini dress came in recently and I absolutely Love the way it fits! It clings to every curve so deliciously!

Here I've matched it up with some new silvery, strappy sandals that came in recently too.

I hope you like the combination!

A pair of ravens I witnessed at a rest stop in Yellowstone. No care in the world that I was there and continued this preening even while I went to the car to get my camera and came back. Using the stump as a pedestal is what made this scene interesting and worth capturing in my opinion.

My good friend, the late Bill Bayer, had a favorite toast - "Here's to True North, you can always count on it"

When I walked by this sign a few morning's ago, I knew I had to get a snap of it.

A gritty, grainy edit of arguably the grittiest, grainiest and downright mean jet fighters on the planet - the Sukhoi SU-22 Fitter.

In this image, a pair of Polish Air Force Fitters are laying down a major trail of jet efflux or 'jelly air' as they begin their display at the 2014 Royal International Air Tattoo.

My favorite flower picture I took this year. I like the way the color, the bokeh blends and the fragile and beautiful this rose looks like … Hope you like it. I am currently working on a video with my 2016 prefered pics, stay tuned :) via 500px ift.tt/2hOg9H6

Inspired this morning to play around with some textures by suz. The texture layers are mine. I cannot remember where the fake ttv came from though.

This photo is a bit old, but it is meant to honor this beautiful lady and my best friend, Preta.

She's about to turn 16 years old. She's very skinny, tired, and walking less and more slowly every day, but still has the same sweet look in her eyes.

One day she'll be gone (maybe sooner than I think), but my love for her will remain strong and alive, forever. ♥

Update: This gorgeous one is no longer here. I miss every little thing about her, every single day...

Vidalia is the most loving feline in our household. She loves all people and all critters. She even adores Bogart and Magnus, seeking out affection from both of them. Is there anything Vidalia doesn't love? Oh, besides benadryl, that is. I got benadryl down her throat ONE TIME back when she had a nasty allergic reaction to an additive to the lysine chews. The second time I tried, she drew blood from the side of my nose and managed to spit out the red-colored liquid while running down the stairs. Sigh.

Ahhhhh, memories. . .

And, quite clearly, Vidalia adores SunStones' catnip toys.

"There is my heart, and then there is you, and I'm not sure there is a difference."

— A.R. Asher

Taken May 28, 2007 with a Canon 1Ds, Processed in Lightroom and Photoshop CS2.

Curiosity and Bogart are quite a pair. . . it's taken a while, but Bogart is finally getting comfortable with all the biting and bathing and interactions that happen. When Curiosity holds his head and bathes it from the tip of the nose to the top of the head and even takes time to clean out the ears, Bogart seems to be so content. . . I hope that he is.

(Still cleaning. . .)

The day was unseasonably warm and the color inside the conservatory was fantastic.

A task I put on myself was to find softness in different forms. I felt that when I came across this setting I had accomplished the task. "True Softness" appeared along with a wonderful soft contrast as well. Thanks for viewing...
