Struggling a little with inspiration for this week's "Triangles" theme for 52WeeksOfPix2013 so just stocking up on a few back-up images.
The Christmas decorations will be coming down tonight so I thought I'd get a last seasonal bokeh shot in with this week's theme :-) Anything to brighten up the bleak of mid-winter!

Bermuda Triangle is the Headquarters of the Bermuda Insurance Company in Micropolis. There are lots of gold accents and it appears that, certain streets at least, are indeed paved with gold. They must be making a few quid! Another 1/4 block for the Downtown Zone. Ref: D1564-075
This is a headshot with triangle lighting, which means there is a backlight behind the subject, a key light and a fill light. The three of these together produce a well-lit shot.

Czech seed beads PRECIOSA Triangles in the shape of a triangle.
PRECIOSA Triangles are made by cutting triangular or twisted triangular glass tubes with a round or triangular hole.
In addition to the existing PRECIOSA Triangle seed bead, we now present the new PRECIOSA Triangle Q-Cut which is manufactured using new Quality Cut production technology. The quality cutting of the tubes guarantees that these seed beads have greater precision and shape and dimensional stability.

The PRECIOSA Triangle-Extra is a special type of these seed beads. It is only made in one size (3.5 x 3.5 mm) and it is exceptional, because it has a rounder shape than a regular triangle.
Czech PRECIOSA Triangles have slightly rounded edges thanks to their advanced technological processing.

Yes, I know, I'm finally posting this up almost a week late. It's been a busy week. Sue me.
Spotted these two while taking a quick drive through the park to look at the ongoing construction of a new play area for the little kids. Came back later while walking with my girls so I could try for this shot.
WH - Triangles
Laos to the left of me, Burma to my right; here I am - stuck in the Golden Triangle with you! In the little village of Sop Ruak, where the Mekong and Ruak rivers meet, so do Thailand, Laos and Burma. We also visited the Opium Museum, which provided an interesting history of the illegal production and trade of opium, for which this region is previously famous. Luckily, it had stopped raining.

The funny thing is ... Ginny and I both made basically the same snack ... just using different cheeses. We had never discussed these triangles so it was a pretty strange coincidence.
