Altering the folded triangles into a new one triangle.

Just test folding for a new origami-tessellation.

Distance between the lines is 4mm.

Someone destroyed the icepack on the edge of the pond and then threw pieces back on the icepack again. One piece landed on this side, a triangle emerged.

I haven't count the steps, but there were a lot on my way to the top

A little triangle made of stones (which I think are plastic). I use them to decorate greeting cards. One side of the triangle is just over an inch long. I didn't have enough stones of either colour to make it more uniform, I would have liked that better. Photoshop not working properly, I couldn't focus stack :(

This week's theme, though quite simple and straightforward, turned out to be a major headache for me! Surprisingly enough, there aren't that many triangular shapes around me and the few that actually are I just couldn't find a way to capture them creatively enough to meet my satisfaction... So I had almost given up on making the deadline for this week when the bright and beautiful light of morning shone through my bedroom window today and hit one of my decorative perfume bottles in just the right way :))) So HMM everyone and a happy new week to all my friends :)))

"Down with Euclid - Death to Triangles!" or "Does Set Theory Make You Sick?" Two pointed statements, the first from Jean Dieudonné (1959), the second from Der Spiegel (1974), whose backgrounds were intensively discussed in the sixties and seventies. They are based on reform pedagogical approaches to mathematics teaching and are referred to as "new mathematics". However, these reform efforts were abolished again in the mid/end of the seventies after very controversial discussions.

Seeing lots of geometric patterns throughout this scene. Triangles, squares, rectangles, circles, parallel lines and more

Macro Mondays ~ Triangle.

This tiny origami sailboat was fun to make, if a little fiddly, it being so small to fit within the size guidelines for the MM group.

Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. Any comments or Faves are very much appreciated.

Essex Canewdon Church.

Created for Macro Mondays theme Triangle. High light using sun light and additional led light.

I folded a tiny tessellation with the classic triangle twist creating a rhombic shape, looking almost like a diamond ;-))

On the right photo I opened the middle and saw a little heart.

Folded from very thin paper 15x15cm.
