I spotted this pair in a lot of shoes on thebay -- I have never seen this color before, they are like a translucent neon pink? With just a sight orange cast. Unmarked, and they have a faint chemical odor somewhat like insecticide? I washed them with soap and water and that helped some. Because of the chemical odor they will NEVER touch doll legs unless the doll is wearing socks.

Radiant in their translucence, I can see these as a great reminder to create transparency in life and use one's creativity to build a life that is true to one's essence and path.
I'm afraid this dragonfly may melt a little too much into the background. Part of its body contains dichroic dewdrops by my friend KellyK.
Never in my life have I seen water so translucent and so clear as on that particular hot and sunny day on the beach which is depicted here. After a 3-hour long hike it was very enjoyable to cool down and relax in the sea. But as our world is rapidly polluted, how long will we be able to enjoy this pure and clean water in its most beautiful form? (Bay of Bréhec, Bretagne. France.)
Naked mole-rats have no fat under their skin and no hair on it, which means their skin is fairly translucent.
Found these almost translucent mushrooms on the banks of a little river i walked this morning. They were actually hard to photograph as they were so white.

It's a magical feeling to look at them float around in water.

Bocas del Toro, Panama
Bocas del Toro (meaning "Mouth of the Bull") is a province of Panama. Its area is 4,643.9 square kilometers, comprising the mainland and nine main islands. The province consists of the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, BahÃa Almirante (Almirante Bay), Laguna de Chiriquà (Chiriquà Lagoon), and adjacent mainland. The capital is the city of Bocas del Toro (or Bocas Town) on Isla Colón (Colón Island). Other major cities or towns include Almirante and Changuinola.
Christopher Columbus and his crew first visited the area in 1502. Bocas del Toro borders the Caribbean Sea to the north, Limón Province of Costa Rica to the west, Chiriquà Province to the south, and Ngöbe-Buglé Comarca to the east. The RÃo Sixaola forms part of the border with Costa Rica. An old railroad bridge spans the river between Guabito and Sixaola, Costa Rica. The bridge is a border crossing used by tourists going between destinations in Bocas del Toro and Costa Rica.
I like how you can see the stigma (I think) through the petals.
Proper "angle of dangle" picture. Lying on my back, waiting for the breeze to drop, and trying not to get anything else in the picture.
