Amelia put her note in her tooth fairy pillow so the tooth fairy would know to leave her money, even though the tooth was lost.
Sophia had a loose tooth yesterday. She fell off the monkey bars, landed on her face, and her tooth fell out, lost forever in the gravel. She writes "Im sorry tooth fairy. I lost my tooth in the gravel. Can you please still give me a prize?" Amazing picture of the tooth fairy!
Niall messed around in goal and caught a tooth in the net. This is the result.
We took him to Eunha Cho, DDS at Thousand Oaks Childrens Dental Group.
She was great !
A specimen in much better condition than the last one I found. It was growing in a small hollow in a tree stump, so needed to lift the edge to get a shot of the teeth. In the bottom shot there is another one forming.

One thing about having twins in the house is there is always a competition raging. Who is taller, who had the biggest cookie, who runs faster, who is prettier/handsomer, etc, etc (:
I can only imagine how much more pronounced this competitiveness would be had they been the same gender, consequently sharing that many more similarities.

The 5 inch fossilized tooth above is from a giant prehistoric megalodon shark, which lived between 2 to 25 million years ago, and then went extinct. Megalodon sharks are likely the largest predatory fish to have ever lived. The megalodon tooth above just sold on Ebay for $560.
