theelvengarden.blogspot.ca/ I moved the blocks around and around until I settled on this layout! It measures 47x60
I used 5 colours of Aurifil 40wt thread to do organic grid quilting. For the back, I used some leftover fabrics with white and grey- it's a little off kilter, but who cares!!
thank you, thank you SO much to dear Katie - AKA LuckyGirlLefty for getting me a pro account. It's the idea that she even believes I'm worthy of a 'pro' account that humbles me. Katie was one of the first people that I met on flickr. She has such an amazing way of being able to pair incredibly beautiful pictures with touching words and verses, which is something i envy. I feel as though i know her very well even if we've never met.
I look up to Katie not only as a photographer, but as a mother who has helped mold what i see as the most beautiful, free spirited young lady. Thank you Katie for being a friend and such an inspiration to me.
thank you to ground*floor for the awesome textures
looks like i have a lot to be thankful for!
My son demonstrating his passion for 'Buzz Like You' from "Toy Story". Not a great series of shots because I didn't set the shutter speed to freeze the motion, but what the heck!

I was going to have you guys guess what this is, but it's kind of obvious, so I decided against it. This was taken yesterday before the movie started (finally saw Up!). The theater had the lights off the entire time. It wasn't as dark as it is in the picture, but it wasn't much brighter.
Today's 365 will be up later today...maybe. I have a ton of shots to go through (and they're all much better than this, I promise).
