This Gromit is called "Gromit Lightyear" and has been designed by no less than Pixar!
It is located in the foyer of the Showcase Cinema de Lux in Cabot Circus.
Needless to say as a Pixar fan I was thrilled when I heard they were designing a Gromit, and it didn't disaappoint. To infinity - and beyond!

Toy Story 3 - what a film. I didn't cry at the end, I just had something in my eye!
This is part of the panopticans apparently, so Mr.Dayglo tells me.
Buzz has lived in this house for all of two days, and he's already broken. His rocket backpack fell off. I tried to get a shot of the damage, but he's such a prima donna that he refused to let me get a shot that didn't include his dimpled chin. And since his head doesn't turn, well, that didn't leave me with many options.
I'm in a weird mood today.

Buzz Lightyear. There is work needed on his laser and wing ejector buttons. the heater below caused my original paint to bubble but since redoing it in acrylic there has been no problems. Acrylic is my No 1 tool now.

Bella and I visited France and had a blast! This was April of 2003 and the war with Iraq was just starting. Noone was travelling to France (except me) and my sister had no business. We spent a lot of time together and really really loved it. This is a video I found this week. I want to cry it's so cute!
Bonni the bulldog back, being a bulldog. She has enjoyed the sunshine this weekend, exploring the garden and playing virtually all day Saturday and today (Sunday). She's now losing some of those baby puppy traits... she's lost a number of teeth, her second teeth coming through. She weighed in at 13.5kgs yesterday, 19 weeks old. She liked the toy story ball, but it was no match for the teeth that were left.... here she is looking ever so apologetic... bless her little bulldog socks!
That's where Buzz thinks this relationship is heading too! Raven, hmm ... not so sure! ;P
Man, I'm going to miss Picnik! >:(

We ended up moving things around a bit and putting a pic of kids in the center. Sadly, Brock bit the dust--he's not on the final version. But since I'm proud of my infinite cover, I thought I'd post it. See? He's reading a book of himself reading a book of himself reading a book...well, you get the picture :)
